01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the ra888 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ra888.bid.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the ra888 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access ra888 services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the sole currency in which ra888 processes transactions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award, or enhanced odds offer provided by ra888 under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which ra888 does not accept registrations, as updated from time to time on the platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to a Player's account that prevents access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ra888, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ ra888 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of ra888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off, or voluntary ban that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the ra888 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must keep your registration details up to date. Any material change — particularly to your mobile number or email address — must be updated in your account settings promptly.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra888 login credentials. ra888 will never ask for your password through any channel other than the standard login interface.
• Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have reported the compromise of your credentials to ra888 support immediately upon discovery.

Account Verification (KYC)

ra888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by ra888. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ra888 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). ra888 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is 200 PKR. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit to your ra888 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing times.
• ra888 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ra888's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are only processed to fully KYC-verified accounts. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
• ra888 aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 30 minutes for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• ra888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above 50,000 PKR, which may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ra888 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement, which must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on ra888 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the individual offer. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• ra888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Free spin winnings are subject to a maximum cashout limit as specified in the individual promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ra888 platform — including live casino tables, Jackpot Slots, Prize Feature Slots, crash games, Cockfighting markets, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

• ra888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable game types. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — ra888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being offered. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers.
• Sports betting and Cockfighting market settlements are governed by the event result as officially declared by the relevant governing body. ra888's decision on settlement queries is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ra888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where fraud is established:

• Creating or operating more than one ra888 account, whether directly or through proxies, associates, or family members acting on your behalf.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use gambling transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Participating in any form of matched betting or arbitrage activity using ra888 bonus funds.

08 Responsible Gaming

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Limit reductions apply immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification will alert you when the limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders showing your session duration and net position.

• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations. Such requests may be submitted to the ra888 support team.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ra888 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ra888 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of ra888.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the platform or its content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ra888's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ra888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• ra888 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server issues, and third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect access.
• ra888 is not responsible for losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from failure to meet wagering requirements or failure to keep account credentials secure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ra888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via email or an on-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Continued use of the ra888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ra888 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through ra888's customer support process shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the applicable licensing authority.

Players are encouraged to raise any complaint with the ra888 support team in the first instance. ra888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
